    I live in Vermont(HOME OF THE BEST SYRUP ON EARTH) but when I was younger we moved to Tennessee for like 9 months and they put peanut butter on them and it's FANTASTIC

    In the Netherlands we eat thin pancakes for diner and we even have restaurants specially for pancakes.. With all kind of toppings, like pizza.. My favorite is bacon, melted cheese and a syrup we call stroop (like the stroopwafels).

    I don't know if anyone else has mentioned this but in England (probably all of the UK) we use the same mix for pancakes and Yorkshire puddings so here im sure gravy would work better... Never tried it but truly thought about it especially with shrove Tuesday around the corner...
